Medical Premium Contribution

Employer-Paid

Integreon covers the majority of your medical insurance premiums — saving you hundreds per month compared to individual market rates.

HSA Employer Contribution

Employer-Paid

$500 – $1,000 / year

If you enroll in the $5,000 HSA Plan, Integreon contributes $500 (employee only) or $1,000 (with dependents) to your Health Savings Account — deposited in January and July.

Basic Life & AD&D Insurance

Employer-Paid

1× salary up to $50,000

Employer-paid basic life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment coverage equal to 1× your annual salary, up to $50,000.

Short-Term Disability

Employer-Paid

60% pay, up to $1,000/week

Employer-paid STD coverage replaces 60% of your base salary if you are unable to work due to illness or injury, up to $1,000/week.

Long-Term Disability

Employer-Paid

60% pay, up to $10,000/month

Employer-paid LTD coverage replaces 60% of your base salary for long-term disabilities after the STD period ends, up to $10,000/month.

401(k) Safe Harbor Contribution

Integreon contributes 3% of your eligible compensation to your Fidelity 401(k) as a safe harbor contribution — 100% vested from day one.
